Effective date: September 10, 2026. This policy covers Nadia’s SMS pages and messaging program.
Information we collect
When you request texts, we collect the phone number you provide and a record of your choice, including the time, source page, and consent wording. We also maintain opt-out records. When messaging is active, message content and delivery details are processed as needed to provide the service. Hosting services may process basic connection and security logs when you visit these pages.
How information is used
We use this information to deliver the family schedule coordination, reminders, and logistical updates you requested; respond to support and STOP or HELP requests; troubleshoot delivery; and meet applicable legal and carrier obligations. We do not use the program for advertising, fundraising, or promotional campaigns.
Mobile information and consent
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This also applies to affiliates and to text messaging opt-in data and consent status. We disclose them only to providers supporting this messaging service, such as Telnyx, carriers, and providers that securely host consent records, or when legally required. SMS consent is excluded from any unrelated data sharing.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Retention and protection
Access is limited to the operator and service providers that need it. We retain information only as needed to provide the service, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Consent and opt-out evidence may need to be retained after messages stop. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
Reply STOP to cancel texts. Contact dino@giacomazzi.us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your number. We may verify your identity and retain records needed to honor your opt-out or meet legal obligations.
