Effective date: September 10, 2026. These terms cover the Nadia SMS program and these program pages.

The service

Nadia is a personal assistant for family schedule coordination, reminders, and logistical updates. Messages are informational. This is not an advertising, fundraising, or promotional messaging program.

Choosing to receive texts

Provide a number you control and select the SMS consent checkbox on the SMS preferences page to request messages. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Submitting without selecting it does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary according to scheduling and logistical needs. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider’s rates and service terms apply.

Cancel or get help

Text STOP to +1 (559) 794-9002 to cancel. You may receive one confirmation of your cancellation; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Text HELP for help, or contact dino@giacomazzi.us. Tell us if you give up or change your number.

Availability and responsible use

Delivery and availability are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on Nadia for emergencies or time-critical safety instructions. Check important scheduling details directly with the people involved.

Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy for how phone numbers, messages, and consent records are handled. SMS consent applies only to this program and is not permission for unrelated messages.

Changes and contact
